This coating uses titanium oxide to break down organic material with the sun’s radiation. The silicon dioxide in this coating creates a surface that immediately falls off upon contact. The combination of these components means that the window is self-cleaning. Every time it rains, the rainwater shoots off the collection of broken-down organic material like dirt, dust, and bird poop.
This technology utilizes a frame edging profile that conducts less heat and cold than traditional window frame edging. Consequently, windows with warm edge products have superior energy efficiency. Moreover, they experience a reduction in frosting, condensation, and mold growth. The spacer and insulated glass utilized for this technology are certified by the ASTM 2190 for longevity, durability, and argon retention.
TruSecure Hardware locks use a slimline tilt latch to give windows a functional modern design. This hardware makes it easy to tilt and clean a window sash. Further, TruSecure Hardware locks are proven to be 25% stronger than zinc locks.
The interlock is a feature Green T uses specifically for double-hung windows. A non-metallic interlock reinforces windows and acts as an additional security barrier for homes.
This feature is a fiberglass resin insert for window sash chambers. Using an Innergy Thermal Reinforcement will provide windows with greater support strength without the need for aluminum or steel. In addition, Innergy Reinforcements have a thermal performance that is 7000 times better than aluminum.

Homeowners looking to add that special design touch can choose from the following options for grid styles. Manufacturers install every grid option in between the glass. We do this purposefully to ensure homeowners can still easily clean their windows. The perfect window accent for your home is a grid pattern and style selection away. Some grid options are specific to our 360 Platinum window series.
Manufacturers process tempered glass with a special treatment to improve its strength and safety capabilities. When someone breaks a tempered glass window, it snaps into chunks instead of splintering into shards. This feature makes the glass less likely to cause injury when broken. Frequently, local building codes have specific requirements to use tempered glass for windows in bathrooms, doorways, and stairways. Homeowners should check their location requirements when deciding whether or not to use this kind of glass.
A meeting rail is where the rail of a sliding sash meets the adjacent sashes’ rail. We want homeowners to have the option to create the exact replacement window they are looking for. Consequently, customers can adjust the height of the meeting rail for single and double-hung windows.
We provide various color choices to help Green T window customers achieve their desired look. These options include solid vinyl colors, woodgrain interiors, and optional color coatings. Some color options are specific to our 360 Platinum window series.

The right exterior siding for one’s home is an important choice for homeowners because it can increase the home value, add insulation, reduce the maintenance required, and protect the home’s exterior against the elements.
It’s best to install windows before siding to protect the capping (exterior trim of windows). Further, installing siding before installing new windows means that the siding surrounding the windows will have to be removed and replaced once we set the windows – which could mean mismatched color and increased time and cost.
The cost to replace the siding on the exterior of one’s home will vary widely, anywhere between $6,000 and $60,000 depending on the quality of materials used, the size of the area covered, and the amount of labor required to get the job done.
With the right quality product, one should only ever need to replace the siding on their home once in a lifetime. Common signs its time to replace one’s home exterior siding include: Fading paint – and the constant need to repaint Mold, fungus, or mildew collecting on the exterior of a home can be a sign someone needs new gutters. A person’s existing siding is coming loose or cracking. Energy bills have increased – needing to use more heat or air conditioning than one previously used may indicate that siding is no longer providing insulation for one’s home.
